- Base64, Hex, the MD5/SHA commands and Pretty JSON work in files that are not plain UTF-8 (for example Windows 1252, ISO 8859, KOI8-R, UTF-16, or UTF-8 with BOM). Sublime's encoding names are now translated to Python codecs, with UTF-8 as the fallback.
- Convert To Base64 no longer produces garbage in UTF-16 files.
