Fixes

• Fixed help <command> failing to display help for commands without subcommands after upgrading urfave/cli to v3.14.0.
• Fixed the list command to omit hidden internal commands.
• Validated package command names before creating binary output paths to prevent path traversal, and removed pre-existing Go build output entries to avoid following symlinks planted at those paths (PR#227).
• Fixed downloaded package binaries being written through symlinks planted in a package repository: a symlinked bin directory is now rejected, and an existing output entry is removed and recreated exclusively instead of being followed.
• Fixed installed package commands so the CLI uses the same binary name when installing and running them.
