v0.4.2

Fix archive export when PyVista uses cvista without stock VTK installed. The exporter now obtains its NumPy conversion helper from PyVista's selected backend.

Also replaces deprecated PyVista cell-offset access in archive writing. Connectivity ordering and the archive format are unchanged.
