1.12: Multi-sets, auto-login

• Added support for multi-sets (without merging data) as it will be intended by RA's future releases.
  • Quite a few things were restructured, but old data should continue working as-is.
• Data files are now loaded by priority instead by file name order, so specific file names are no longer required. This has been reflected in the readme.
  • Old file names will continue to work.
• Added a command "addhash" to add ROM hashes while running (not requiring restart/reload).
• Added a configuration setting to always use the first user if only one user exists (making LAHEE completely stateless).
• Documented configuration fields.
• Added ability to sort by point value on the web UI.
• Fixed misc. bugs on the web UI.
