Fixes:

  1. For WSJT-X need to use the secondary UDP settings to broadcast ADI but if use the primary port then will not get ADI but will get a heartbeat that is annoying. So now check for heartbeat and ignore it.

  2. A typo in the thread launcher was not building the correct UDP port listeners. Fixed and now can use 1,2, or 3 listeners.

  3. Update the document for WSJT-X settings.
