Abilities API integration

When the WordPress Abilities API plugin is aviable, two new abilities are registered:

• keeping-contact/log-contact — records a single contact entry for a person (meeting, call, message, email) on a given date
• keeping-contact/import-meetings — batch-imports meetings from trip notes in one call; creates new CRM contacts as needed and logs a contact entry for each

Demo mode support

Added compatibility with the beeper-demo-mode plugin. When active, contact names are anonymized with consistent fake names across the import-beeper view and conversation pages.
