feat: sync bundled UI from pathforge-tech, bump to 1.0.10 Brings the desktop build up to pathforge-tech 58eb53f1. Zen is now a building the camera can go all the way round: drag to orbit, F to walk, a loft reached by a steel stair, a lounge, a terrace, a walnut library wall with several hundred books, rebuilt phone, prep books and trophy, and ambient motion (wind, birds, fireflies, drifting sun). feat: sync bundled UI from pathforge-tech, bump to 1.0.9
Brings the desktop build's copy of the web UI up to pathforge-tech 0fe1a63c,
which covers everything shipped to the web since 86550c1c. The most visible
changes:
- Zen mode is a 3D study that is also a simplified dashboard. Today, the
college list, progress, documents, news and the weekly check-in are
objects in the room, alongside the focus timer, plan, sound and a
breathing break. It runs at 55-60 fps on an integrated Intel GPU.
- Test Prep is open for SAT, PSAT, ACT, PreACT and CLT, in the Other menu.
Today, Focus and Goals are removed from Routine.
- The journey's dream college has been rebuilt, with a campus fly-in, a
camera dive into each stage, and a larger stage popup.
- Page-shaped loading skeletons site-wide, and an interactive 404.
- Every country is covered, along with the world's universities and high
schools.
src/ is taken wholesale from pathforge-tech (none removed). The desktop delta
is re-applied to App.tsx and nothing else: the isDesktop and UpdateNotifier
imports, the lazy DesktopWelcome route, the LandingRoute short-circuit to the
Welcome screen, and the UpdateNotifier mount.
vite.config.ts is taken from pathforge-tech, with the desktop-prefixed
__APP_BUILD__ stamp re-applied. This brings in the three-chunk rule that
fixed the blank signed-in pages on the web (a vendor <-> three import cycle);
without it this build would blank in the same way. tailwind.config.ts is
identical.
public/ gains what the synced tree references: zen/ (the study's models and
textures), avatars/, data/, the Geist Mono font and two landing photos.
Verified:
- `npm run typecheck` clean.
- `npm run build:web` succeeds, and vendor imports only react-core.
- Zen smoke-tested on the built bundle in headless Chrome: the room loads,
stations open, and it holds 60 fps.

ci: add Windows installer build + GitHub release publishing electron-builder already produces an NSIS installer and a portable exe (npm run dist) but nothing ever built or published one — no workflow, no releases. Adds a windows-latest Actions job that builds and publishes both via electron-builder's github provider on a v* tag push or manual dispatch, and pins the artifact filenames (PathForge-Setup.exe / PathForge-Portable.exe) so releases/latest/download/<name> is a stable link across versions instead of breaking on every version bump.
