Maintenance release. Adds an anonymous, opt-out launch counter (so install numbers reflect both direct downloads and source builds) that doubles as the update check; it sends only a random install id, the app version, and the OS, and falls back to GitHub if unreachable. Opt out any time with AGENT_TARMAC_NO_TELEMETRY=1. See the Privacy section in the README.
