Note Hunter Terms of Service
Effective Date: January 1, 2025
By downloading, installing, or using NoteHunter ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
NoteHunter is a mobile application designed to help users improve their musical ear training through scales, intervals, and rhythm exercises.
- Premium subscription provides unlimited access to all app features
- Subscription automatically renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the current period ends
- Your Apple ID account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
- Subscriptions may be managed and auto-renewal turned off in Apple ID Account Settings
- New users may be eligible for a free trial period
- Free trial automatically converts to paid subscription unless cancelled
- Unused portion of free trial is forfeited when purchasing a subscription
- Subscription prices are displayed in the app and may vary by region
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID account
- Prices may change with notice as permitted by applicable law
- You may cancel your subscription anytime through Apple ID Account Settings
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
- No partial refunds for unused subscription time
- Refund requests must be made through Apple's App Store
- We do not process refunds directly
- Apple's standard refund policy applies
You agree not to:
- Use the App for any illegal purposes
- Attempt to reverse engineer or modify the App
- Share subscription access with others
- Use the App in ways that could damage or impair the service
- NoteHunter and all its content are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws
- You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes
- Any feedback or suggestions you provide may be used by us without restriction
- You retain ownership of any original content you create while using the App
- We strive for continuous availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service
- The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
- NoteHunter is designed for educational purposes
- Results may vary and we make no guarantees about learning outcomes
In no event shall we be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs your use of the App.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted in the App with an updated effective date. Continued use constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason.
These Terms are governed by the laws of [Your Country/State], without regard to conflict of law principles.
