• packs/port/ has no include_str! line, so ctxgrd pack add port fails for everyone who has only the binary while resolving fine from a checkout of this repo (BUG-043)
• init hardcodes its rules array, so a rule bound in a pack never reaches a new project (BUG-052)
• ctxgrd serve now reads a client's whole request before it answers. It previously read only the request line, so any remaining header bytes were still unread when the connection closed — which on macOS and BSD sends a reset that discards the response, and the client saw a connection error instead of the page it asked for (BUG-057)
• ctxgrd new now writes the file itself for a namespace whose paths names one literal file — [DESIGN]'s DESIGN.md, [PRODUCT]'s PRODUCT.md. It previously treated that filename as a directory and created a numbered document inside it, which occupied the exact path the document had to occupy and left the namespace impossible to satisfy. Namespaces whose paths is a glob are unchanged: documents are still numbered inside the directory it names (BUG-062)
• ctxgrd new no longer invents an id for a namespace that holds a single file at a literal path. Such a namespace has no sequence to number, so the scaffold now carries neither id: nor depends_on: (unless a core.dep-* rule asks for the latter), its heading is the title alone, and new --format json omits the id field rather than reporting an identifier that appears in no document. Namespaces that use ids are unchanged (BUG-063)
• cfg.namespace-unowned and pack outdated are mutually unsatisfiable: the only fix for one breaks the other (BUG-067)
• The cfg.namespace-unowned help tells pack users to make an edit that breaks their pack provenance, and does not say so (BUG-068)
• A namespace block's pack fingerprint spans the comment introducing the next block, so removing one namespace dirties its predecessor (BUG-069)
• A virgin ctxgrd init fails ctxgrd's own pack outdated gate: the config it writes is born hand-edited (BUG-071)
