Albo's Simple Scene Notes v1.5.1

Maintenance release — no changes to pins, notes or scene behaviour. Updating from 1.5.0 requires no migration.

• Adds an optional Support development entry in the module settings. It opens a page in a browser tab and is the only thing it does: no startup dialogs, no chat messages, no reminders, and every feature of the module stays available regardless.
• Russian and English strings for that entry.
