✏️ New /edit prompt — rewrite just the selection

Select a passage, type /edit with your request — make it shorter,
fix the tone, turn it into a list — and only that passage gets rewritten,
in place. No request? It simply makes your text clearer and tighter.

• Surgical: the rest of the note is never touched, one undo restores the original.
• Safe: a reply that isn't a real rewrite never reaches your note.
• Yours: like every prompt, override it (or build your own replaceSelection
  command) with a simple markdown file in prompts/.
