v0.1.9

Choose a tag to compare

@github-actions github-actions released this 30 Sep 08:23

Reopening the same local redirect address now follows the actual loaded page URL before restoring or submitting annotations. Submitted context and successful-send cleanup use the same final URL, so accepted notes and pins are removed correctly.

Includes the 0.1.5–0.1.8 repairs: native dsh-app://app preview authentication, redirects and capability removal, exact encoded query/hash identities, fresh HTML/CSS/JavaScript after reload, optional externally supplied Cordis, and Chinese controls on pages with undeclared or legacy encodings.

Upgrade the active profile:

dsh plugin --profile desktop add dsh-annotate@0.1.9
# Browser profile:
dsh plugin --profile web add dsh-annotate@0.1.9

Fully quit and reopen Desktop after installation, or restart the web profile and refresh its browser. Legacy manual installations should follow the README migration guidance.

Validation: local build and complete distribution, HTTP and Chromium regression suites passed. The regression reproduces the 0.1.8 repeated-redirect failure, then verifies the final address in submitted context and successful removal of notes and pins. All four PR CI checks and the tag release workflow passed. The public npm tarball has verified integrity and provenance, and its runtime files match the release commit.

Published-package native acceptance passed on macOS Apple Silicon with Harness Desktop / CLI 0.2.0-rc.2 after a complete quit and restart. The actual dsh-app://app renderer reopened the same redirect correctly, preserved encoded query/hash values, displayed and saved Chinese notes on an undeclared-charset page, and sent the final page URL to the real DeepSeek provider, which returned the requested receipt. Accepted notes and pins disappeared while an unrelated composer draft remained unsent, and reload showed edited CSS and JavaScript despite immutable cache headers. Workspace HTML preview and title picking also passed. Existing Desktop and web profiles have one 0.1.9 bundle each and no peer dependency issues. User-approved temporary package-age exceptions were removed after installation. Windows/Linux native windows have not been exercised.

v0.1.8

@github-actions github-actions released this 30 Sep 07:37
8ce8048

This release fixes the document-encoding issue found during native Desktop acceptance. Use 0.1.9 or later for the additional repeated-redirect state repair.

  • Chinese annotation controls and Unicode configuration now remain correct on pages without a charset declaration or with a legacy document encoding. Injected scripts use Unicode escapes without changing the application's encoding.
  • Includes the 0.1.5–0.1.7 repairs: native dsh-app://app iframe authentication and redirects, capability removal, exact query encoding, fresh HTML/CSS/JavaScript on reload, and optional Cordis peer metadata.

Upgrade the active profile:

dsh plugin --profile desktop add dsh-annotate@0.1.8
# Browser profile:
dsh plugin --profile web add dsh-annotate@0.1.8

Fully quit and reopen Desktop, or restart the web profile and refresh its browser after the current task finishes. Legacy 0.1.2-or-earlier manual installations should follow the migration steps in the README.

Validation: local build, distribution, HTTP and Chromium regressions passed, including undeclared and Windows-1252 document encodings, Chinese editor labels and saved notes, and Unicode configuration. All four CI checks and the release workflow passed. The public npm tarball passed integrity and runtime-file comparison and carries provenance. After a full native macOS restart, Chinese controls and saved notes rendered correctly on an undeclared-charset page, and the real DeepSeek provider returned the requested receipt while an unrelated draft remained unsent. This check exposed a repeated-redirect address synchronization issue, which could leave submitted pins behind; it is fixed in 0.1.9. Windows/Linux native UI has not been exercised.

v0.1.7

Choose a tag to compare

@github-actions github-actions released this 30 Sep 06:52
c8f22a7

This release includes the Desktop preview repairs across 0.1.5–0.1.7. Later native acceptance found two edge cases fixed in 0.1.8 and 0.1.9; use the latest release for those fixes.

  • Authenticate native dsh-app://app preview loads and local redirects with a per-preview navigation capability while retaining loopback and request-origin guards.
  • Remove the capability before application scripts run and before URLs or Referer headers reach the upstream.
  • Preserve original query encoding and annotation URL identities.
  • Fetch current HTML, CSS and JavaScript on reload despite immutable upstream caching.
  • Treat Cordis supplied by Harness as an optional external peer, eliminating missing-peer installation warnings in Desktop and web profiles.

Upgrade the active profile:

dsh plugin --profile desktop add dsh-annotate@0.1.7
# Browser profile:
dsh plugin --profile web add dsh-annotate@0.1.7

Fully quit and reopen Desktop, or restart the web profile and refresh its browser after the current task finishes. Legacy 0.1.2-or-earlier manual installations should follow the migration steps in the README.

Validation: all four CI checks and the release workflow passed. The public npm tarball passed integrity and runtime-file comparison, carries provenance, and passed an isolated real-Harness web-profile test with Desktop CLI 0.2.0-rc.2 on macOS Apple Silicon. Annotation context reached the local model fixture while an unrelated composer draft remained unsent. Existing Desktop/web profiles upgraded to 0.1.7 with one bundle each and no peer dependency issues. Subsequent native macOS acceptance completed a full quit/restart, HTTP and workspace-file previews, a real DeepSeek provider receipt, composer-draft preservation, exact redirected query/hash URLs, and edited CSS/JavaScript after refresh. This native check found an undeclared-document-encoding issue fixed in 0.1.8. A repeated-redirect annotation-state issue was subsequently fixed in 0.1.9. Windows/Linux native UI was not exercised.
