Patch: venue autocomplete + extra-info placeholder

  • The submission form's venue field is now an autocomplete text input backed by a datalist of known venues: type to filter, Tab/Enter to complete a suggestion, or just type a new name — no forced selection from a list.
  • Updated the extra info placeholder to "e.g. finish 10pm. £5 on the door".

Builds on the organizer event-submission feature (v2.8).
