Patch: moderator-email review link

  • The submission notification email now links to the actual [gigiau] listings page (resolved from the page containing the shortcode, skipping the submit page) with an #approve fragment.
  • The listings page scrolls to the first pending flag when opened via that link — the flag lives in a shadow root, so a small script handles the fragment scroll that browsers can't.

Patch on top of v2.9 (moderator email notifications).
