Adds a Rejected moderation state alongside Pending and Approved.

  • Rejected events stay off the public listing and out of the ?json export, but remain visible (grey flag) to signed-in admins with an Approve button to restore them.
  • Pending events gain a Reject button beside Approve.
  • A fixed red banner appears at the top of the window while any event is awaiting approval (admin only); clicking it scrolls to the first pending event.
  • Clicking Reject copies the organizer's email to the clipboard and shows a brief confirmation toast.
  • Organizers see the Rejected status as a badge in their "my events" list.
