Refines the organizer submission form ([gigiau_submit]).

  • The Submit button is greyed until the form is valid — a title, a valid date, a venue of at least 3 characters, and (for a new event) a poster image. It stays clickable, so a click explains what's still missing.
  • Venue length (≥ 3 characters) is enforced on submit as well.
  • Reconciled the reset button label to "Send it".
