新增

• Pine 启动后直接进入工作区，不再先显示项目列表。新会话通过输入框中发送按钮左侧的项目选择器决定所在项目。“无项目”用于不属于任何项目的临时工作，会话保存在 Pine 的数据目录中，不能重命名、修改或删除。
• 在新会话的空输入框中先输入 @，输入框会切换为项目名称并实时提示匹配的项目（左侧图标变为 @）：按 ↑/↓ 切换、回车选定，选定的项目会移到发送按钮旁的项目选择器中；按 Esc 或在空输入框中按退格返回消息输入。“无项目”的图标为 @。新会话默认使用你上一次选择的项目，最初是“无项目”。
• 一个窗口中的标签页可以来自不同项目。切换标签页时，左右侧栏、强调色和窗口标题会随当前标签页的项目切换，已打开项目的侧栏状态会保留。
• 任何会话中的 Agent 都可以列出你的项目，并在征得你确认后把会话移动到另一个项目中，之后在该项目的文件夹中继续。当你的请求明显属于另一个项目（例如提到了该项目或其中的文件）时，Agent 会主动询问是否移动。对话中会以“已查看项目列表”“已移动到项目 …”等形式显示这些操作。
• 项目可以设置图标：在项目设置中点击名称左侧的图标，从一组图标中选择；项目选择器和“项目管理”列表会显示该图标。
• 在会话页面按 ⌘L / Ctrl+L 可以随时聚焦消息输入框。
• 按 ⌘⌥← / ⌘⌥→（Windows 和 Linux 上为 Ctrl+Alt+← / →）切换到上一个 / 下一个标签页，到两端时循环。
• 可以把文件、文件夹或侧栏中的会话拖到顶部的会话标签页上，作为附件添加到该会话的输入框，并切换到该标签页。
• “无项目”的左侧栏默认显示“会话”，列出所有项目的最近会话，每条会话下方注明所属项目；点击会话会在其所属项目中打开。“无项目”中不提供会话分组。
• 设置中新增“项目管理”：列出所有项目，可以新建、编辑项目，并查看 Pine 为每个项目保存的会话、临时文件、附件和搜索缓存占用；临时文件和附件可以单独清理。
• 偏好设置新增“完成工作后发出信号”（默认开启）：会话自行结束时弹出桌面通知（含会话标题和最终回复），macOS 上 Dock 图标跳动一次，Windows 上任务栏按钮闪烁；Agent 请求审批或提问时同样通知，Dock 图标持续跳动直到你回到 Pine。
• 运行超过 60 秒的 bash / privileged_bash 命令不再让你一直等待：命令会继续在后台运行，Agent 立即拿到任务编号和最近输出，命令结束后自动继续处理，也可在右侧栏查看日志或停止。显式设置了超时的命令仍会在超时后被终止。

变更

• 只有一个文件夹的项目（包括“无项目”），左侧文件栏直接平铺显示其中的文件和子文件夹，不再多出一层根目录；添加了额外上下文文件夹的项目保持原样。
• 删除项目改在项目设置对话框中进行。
• 升级后，此前各项目中打开的标签页不会恢复，工作区从一个新会话开始。
• 当时区或系统语言显示你可能在中国大陆时，Agent 会提示默认软件源可能较慢，并在切换到国内镜像前先询问你一次；优先使用单条命令的镜像参数，而不是修改配置文件。
• 更新对话框按界面语言显示更新说明。
• 任务清单图中进行中的任务显示为小型旋转加载标记，图边缘的节点也不再被裁切。
• 在“无项目”中发送第一条消息后，Agent 会先判断这是不是真正的全局任务：如果请求依赖它找不到的内容（比如“那份报告”“我的笔记”或某个代码库），它会先查看你的项目列表，并在有合适项目时提议把会话移过去；不缺信息的请求则直接在“无项目”中完成。

修复

• 把文件夹拖到自己（或自己的子文件夹）上并放下时，文件栏不再弹出 “Cannot move…” 错误，操作会被直接忽略。
• Agent 运行的命令不再卡在凭据、SSH 主机指纹、分页器或确认提示上等到超时。
• 在选择题卡片中输入自定义答案时，输入框的焦点边框保持可见。

Added

• Pine now opens straight into the workspace instead of a project list. A new session picks its project from the project picker beside the send button. No Project keeps work that belongs to no project in Pine's data directory and cannot be renamed, edited, or deleted.
• In a new session, typing @ first in the empty input switches it to a project name with live suggestions (its icon becomes @): use ↑/↓ to move and Enter to choose, and the chosen project moves into the picker beside Send; press Esc, or Backspace in the empty input, to return to the message. No Project's icon is @. New sessions start in the project you chose last, initially No Project.
• Tabs in one window can now come from different projects. Switching tabs moves the sidebars, accent color, and window title to that tab's project, and each open project keeps its sidebar state.
• In any session, the agent can list your projects and, after you confirm, move the session into another project so it continues in that project's folders. When your request clearly belongs to another project, for example because it names that project or its files, the agent offers the move on its own. The conversation shows these steps as "Listed projects" or "Moved to project …".
• Projects can now have an icon: click the icon left of the name in project settings to pick one, and it shows in the project picker and the Projects list in Settings.
• On a session page, press ⌘L / Ctrl+L to jump to the message input at any time.
• Press ⌘⌥← / ⌘⌥→ (Ctrl+Alt+← / → on Windows and Linux) to switch to the previous or next tab, wrapping around at either end.
• Files, folders, or sessions from the sidebar can be dragged onto a session tab at the top to attach them to that session's input and switch to the tab.
• No Project's sidebar opens on Sessions and lists recent sessions from every project, each labelled with its project; clicking one opens it in that project. Session groups are not available in No Project.
• Settings now include Projects: every project in one list, where you can create and edit projects, see how much space Pine uses for each project's sessions, temporary files, attachments, and search cache, and clear temporary files or attachments.
• Preferences now include Signal when work is done (on by default): when a session stops on its own, a desktop notification shows the session title and the final reply, and the Dock icon bounces once on macOS or the taskbar button flashes on Windows. Approval and question requests notify too, and the Dock icon keeps bouncing until you return to Pine.
• Shell commands (bash / privileged_bash) that run longer than 60 seconds no longer keep you waiting: they keep running in the background, the agent immediately gets the task ID and recent output and continues when the command finishes, and you can follow the log or stop it from the right sidebar. Commands with an explicit timeout are still killed when it expires.

Changed

• For projects with a single folder (including No Project), the Files sidebar lists its files and subfolders directly without an extra root row; projects with additional context folders look as before.
• Deleting a project now happens in the project settings dialog.
• After updating, tabs previously open in each project are not restored; the workspace starts with a new session.
• When your time zone or system language suggests mainland China, the agent notes that default package registries may be slow and asks you once before switching to domestic mirrors, preferring per-command mirror options over editing configuration files.
• The update dialog shows release notes in the interface language.
• The task graph shows the in-progress task as a small spinning loader, and nodes at the graph's edges are no longer clipped.
• After your first message in No Project, the agent now judges whether it is a genuinely global task: if the request depends on something it cannot find, such as "the report", "my notes", or a codebase, it checks your project list first and offers to move the session to a fitting project; requests that lack nothing are simply done in No Project.

Fixed

• Dropping a folder onto itself or its own subfolder in the Files sidebar no longer shows a "Cannot move…" error; the drop is simply ignored.
• Commands run by the agent no longer hang until a timeout on credential, SSH host key, pager, or confirmation prompts.
• The focus ring on the custom answer field of a question card stays visible.
