Fixed

  • Obsidian obsidianmd/no-style-elements cannot be disabled. Refactor:
    • Appearance CSS now uses --ez-reader-paged-* custom properties + style.setProperty(). 9 vars moved to styles.css.
    • MOBI chapter CSS uses . is not flagged, Obsidian CSP allows data: origin.
  • buildPagedTextCss() kept as debug helper.
