Writes the canonical Wallet skin variants used by related iOS tooling: cardBackgroundCombined, diffuse, background, and strip at 3x, 2x, and PDF resolutions. Removes ineffective --white/--black Wallet filename experiments. Keypad .passthm color variants remain available.
