Suggestion for updating the windows installation instructions

[chilipepper987]

I found that WSL is easier to work with than msys2 UCRT64. I have been able to build roms from WSL and the setup process was very easy, essentially you just follow the linux installation instructions within WSL.

I think this could be worth including in the wiki.

Thanks!

do you think you can do an update on wiki?
just send me your new instruction to add to wiki for windows installation, I will check it and update the wiki.
