Five new schema rules. A tag that validated clean on 0.12.1 can report
findings here if it puts junk inside <AdVerifications>, <Verification> or
<ViewableImpression>, sets a Wrapper boolean to something other than
true/false/1/0, or puts a non-integer in <Expires>. Catalog: 223 to
228.

The walker also stops two false positives it had been sitting on: <Expires>
was reported as an unknown InLine child, and <Pricing> as an unknown Wrapper
child. Both are in vast_4.2.xsd.

Added

• VAST-4.0-adverifications-unknown-child (error). <AdVerifications> may
  only contain <Verification> elements.
• VAST-4.0-verification-unknown-child (error). <Verification> children are
  <JavaScriptResource>, <ExecutableResource>, <TrackingEvents> and
  <VerificationParameters>.
• VAST-4.0-viewableimpression-unknown-child (error). <ViewableImpression>
  children are <Viewable>, <NotViewable> and <ViewUndetermined>.
• VAST-4.0-wrapper-bool-attr (warning). followAdditionalWrappers,
  allowMultipleAds and fallbackOnNoAd are xs:boolean.
• VAST-4.1-expires-integer (warning). <Expires> is an integer number of
  seconds until the ad response should be refetched.

<Category> and <BlockedAdCategories> are now walked as text-only with
authority, so a nested child fires VAST-2.0-text-only-element and a stray
attribute fires VAST-2.0-unknown-attribute.

Fixed

• A legal <Expires> no longer fires VAST-2.0-inline-unknown-child.
• A legal <Pricing> on <Wrapper> no longer fires
  VAST-2.0-wrapper-unknown-child. Pricing lives on AdDefinitionBase_type,
  which Wrapper extends.
