This Alpha release turns project diagnosis into an actionable human briefing while preserving complete JSON evidence, fixes unavailable Git state being reported as clean, and aligns installation, practical onboarding and creator-service discovery across the product.

Useful first-project workflow

• Added a readable diagnoseProject briefing with technologies, dependency
  counts, Git state, file-scan coverage, severity-ordered findings and remediation.
  The full structured evidence remains available with --json.
• Separated discovered validation commands from actual test results. Suggested
  tests, lint, type checks and builds are explicitly marked as not run, and
  release readiness remains unassessed.
• Fixed failed Git working-tree inspection being treated as an empty, clean
  status. Unavailable state now carries an explicit finding and unknown counts.
• Prevented project paths and metadata from inserting terminal controls or
  apparent extra command lines into the human briefing.
• Aligned the first README installation and optional extras with the published
  Alpha channel, and added installed-version verification before first use.
• Added a practical project-briefing guide, a Python JSON-consumer example,
  bilingual website guidance, and a direct route to Alejandro's professional
  services alongside optional support for the free open-source CLI.
• Added real CLI and regression tests for human and machine output, read-only
  operation, incomplete scans, Git failures, prioritization and onboarding.
