Deep refactor after merge of another service - need to pass things the different way

• ApiAuth is now need by Services, not Clients - Services know where to add API key, clients don't
• Services uses Language - again Services know where and how to add language settings, clients don't
• Services process things internally and returns http parts
• Added package exception instead of global one
