  • Unified Gateway Metrics, Resource Snapshots & Bounded Retention (crates/prod-code-gateway, crates/prod-code-protocol):
    Unified telemetry collection across all gateway operations into low-cardinality OperationMetric records. Added periodic host/process resource snapshots (HostSnapshot) and cached toolchain inventory (ToolchainInventory) with bounded disk retention (14-day and 500 MB quota).
  • Prometheus Scrape Endpoint & Pushgateway Client (crates/prod-code-gateway):
    Added native Prometheus exposition supporting both HTTP scrape endpoint (GET /metrics and /health) and periodic Pushgateway client with customizable job and instance labels.
  • Declarative TOML Configuration Support (crates/prod-code-gateway, gateway.example.toml):
    Automatic discovery and parsing of gateway.toml (--config, /etc/prod-code/gateway.toml, ~/.config/prod-code/gateway.toml, ~/.prod-code/gateway.toml, ./gateway.toml) with strict CLI and environment variable precedence.
  • Compilation Telemetry & Workspace Storage Sizing (crates/prod-code-gateway):
    Tracks compilation tool invocations (rustc, go, clang, swift, tsc), measuring compile durations and classifying failures. Background janitor computes non-blocking workspace directory storage.
