  Added uncaptured_enclosing_locals in binding.rs to detect and reject Rust extractions where enclosing local variables or parameters are referenced in the helper or formatted string interpolations ({var}) without being declared as parameters or bound internally (#958).
• Context-Aware Prelude Macro Filtering in Test Modules (crates/prod-code-mcp):
  Routed unresolved Rust prelude macros (assert_eq!, vec!, format!, etc.) to auto_trait as analyzer limitations strictly in test module contexts, while preserving genuine user errors when prelude is explicitly disabled via #![no_implicit_prelude] or #![no_std] (#950).
• Standard Library Symbol Resolution Fallback (crates/prod-code-mcp):
  Added find_stdlib_or_usage_hits in resolve.rs to discover occurrences and usages across workspace files when workspace/symbol index lacks std::*, core::*, or alloc::* symbols (#935).
• Swift Identifier Coordinate & Call-Site Resolution (crates/prod-code-mcp):
  Aligned symbol columns with find_identifier_on_line to resolve Swift outline/index position discrepancies (#887, #888), and permitted Swift call sites discovered via writes_call without requiring file-level import statements (#885).
• Opt-In SwiftPM Index Builds (crates/prod-code-mcp, crates/prod-code-client):
  Required explicit build_index: true (or --build-index) before launching SwiftPM package index builds for references, preventing unintended compilation runs on read-only queries (#933).
