• Cross-Package Go Constant & Value Moves in code_move (crates/prod-code-mcp):
  Added find_go_decl_end (move_polyglot/decl.rs) so single-line const/var/type declarations do not swallow following braced blocks, added rewrite_go_call_sites_in_context (move_polyglot/go_refs.rs) and is_named_map_or_slice_type (move_polyglot/go_imports.rs) to qualify exported value and constant references (including named and imported map/slice/array composite-literal keys) while preserving struct field keys and rejecting shadowed local/parameter bindings or unexported symbols, and scanned sibling .go files in the source package (move_polyglot/callers.rs, move_polyglot/execute.rs) when LSP reference discovery omits value uses (#1101).
