Fixes

Drag-and-drop tab reordering now places the tab at the right position (the "Tab order updated!" toast appeared but the saved order was wrong).
All tabs get an explicit order when one is moved, so the moved tab no longer jumps to the top.
Options page modals no longer close by themselves right after opening (e.g. after pressing Escape).
Chrome service worker: event listeners are registered immediately, so messages and the install event are no longer lost when the worker wakes up.
Renamed categories are no longer reset on each extension update.
Existing data is no longer overwritten on install.
The popup stays usable when the background script does not respond, and no longer overwrites settings with a stale copy.
The quick category selector no longer removes the wrong popover.
Editing a tab no longer re-enables a disabled tab.
Export download is no longer cancelled in Firefox.
A new toast is no longer hidden early by the previous one.
The storage cache is invalidated when another part of the extension changes the data.
Malformed import files are rejected.
