The published tarball is the exact artifact tested in CI. Registry bytes, provenance,
signatures, direct and aliased installs, and zero known production audit findings were verified.
Audit results are a point-in-time check, not a guarantee of absolute security.
See the repository changelog and notices for the focused fixes and upstream attribution.

@stackline/alex 1.0.0
Independent MIT-licensed compatibility fork of alex@11.0.1.
- Adds
--silently-ignorefor tools that pass explicitly ignored filenames, addressing get-alex/alex#348. Without the flag, explicitly ignored files still fail; other files and missing-file errors remain checked. - Preserves the original API, language checks, word lists, and published type declarations. The executable remains
alex. - Keeps
--diffwarnings on replacement lines through@stackline/unified-diff@1.0.1, fixing inherited line-number offsets caused by deleted lines in a patch. - Uses the maintained
@stackline/unified-engineand@stackline/unified-diffcompatibility forks and explicitly declaressupports-color. - Requires Node.js 20.19 or later; preserves the upstream MIT license and contributor attribution.
Validation on Node.js 20, 22, and 24 includes the 47 original assertions, eight executable CLI regressions, TypeScript consumer checks, build verification, lint, a warning-free clean install, and an npm audit with zero known advisories at release time. The attached evidence records the exact CI artifact, npm provenance and signatures, direct and alias consumer installations, dependency inventory, and checksums. This fork uses its own 1.x version series and does not imply upstream endorsement.
