Expanded the Explore page with a new Browse by Country section, increased the recipe library from 100,000 to 400,000 recipes, and expanded supported sites from 50 to 300. Implemented ingredient parsing and combining when adding items to a shopping list. Also implemented several security improvements and vulnerability fixes.
