STARsolo SJ missing features.csv

Dear Alex,

When I run STARsolo with features SJ the features.csv file is missing, the barcode, and the matrix files are located in the output folder (with other modes both the features and the barcode files are there).

I'm using STAR 2.7.3

Hi Vedran,

the "features" file for the SJ is the SJ.out.tab from the top run directory. I guess I should symlink or copy it into Solo.out/SJ/raw/features.tsv . Note that SJ "feature" is defined by the chr/start/end.

Yeah, it would be really helpful if the folders had the same data structure.
