Always loads the newest installed copy
Token Optimizer's slash commands and skills now resolve the newest installed version across every channel — Claude Code plugin cache, standalone skills install, Codex, and OpenCode. If you have more than one copy on disk (for example an older marketplace copy plus a fresh update), the newest one always wins, so updates take effect immediately. Unmatched install paths no longer print shell noise like zsh: no matches found. (#57)
Cleaner Copilot home diagnostics
On native Windows, the Copilot-home guardrail warning now prints once per command instead of repeating, and when a /mnt/... (WSL) path is set on native Windows it explains the cause and points to the fix. (#78)
