• Claude 5 family context-window resolution — claude-fable-5, claude-sonnet-5, and other Claude 5 models now resolve to their real 1M context window instead of the 200K default. Previously these sessions overstated context fill ~5× and surfaced a false "100% / CRITICAL" nudge every turn. Opus 4.x was unaffected. (#97)
• Added a durable fallback so future Claude families resolve correctly, plus provider-prefix normalization (anthropic/claude-…).
• Kept the plugin mirror in sync so marketplace installs receive the fix.
