v5.11.72 — No more flashing cmd windows (#107)

The flashing cmd windows on Windows are gone.

No more console windows popping up while you work — even when idle. Every place the tool starts a process now runs silently.

Your dashboard daemon heals itself now too: auto-installs if it's missing, shrugs off a hiccup instead of dying. The localhost:24842 URL just stays up.

Also fixed two Windows dashboard bugs, and added a guard so the flashing can't creep back.

Update and it just stops.
