Cowork adapter (beta): the main token-optimizer plugin is now Cowork-native. The run-once SessionStart features run on first UserPromptSubmit behind a once-per-session guard, so installing the normal plugin in Claude Cowork gives full optimization parity. Also: cross-agent telemetry collector (OTel to trends.db), is_cowork runtime detection, cowork packager + doctor. Includes upstream v5.11.89/.90 dashboard perf + stat-cache fixes.

Reviewed + gauntlet-approved (Fable council + GLM/Devin independent pass). Full suite 1314 passed, 0 failed.

Known follow-ups (collector, not yet deployment-wired): B1 append lock, B2 chunked-transfer 411.
