Cowork installable: adds a self-contained token-optimizer-cowork marketplace plugin (full skills + Cowork-native hooks + hooks pointer). Cowork's marketplace can't render the repo-root token-optimizer entry (source ./ = the whole repo); this slim self-contained plugin is the shape it renders. Install token-optimizer-cowork in Claude Cowork; the standard token-optimizer entry remains for desktop Claude Code. Anti-drift test pins the committed plugin to the packager output.
