• Add encode & auto-encode --verify, decoding the finished encode & failing on decode errors
  or a duration mismatch with the input. ffmpeg can otherwise exit successfully having written
  a result that is damaged or cut short, e.g. from a truncated input. The checks can be enabled
  separately with --verify-decode & --verify-duration.
• Add encode & auto-encode --fail-fast to stop the final encode at the first ffmpeg reported
  error, which catches input decode errors that may leave no trace in the result.
• Use ffmpeg (instead of SvtAv1EncApp) to find svt-av1 version for caching validity logic.
• Add auto-scaling support for (plus "hfr" variants)
