Fixed
get_automation and audit_automations only ever read automations.yaml/packages/*.yaml - so whether an automation is actually enabled right now was invisible to both. Toggling an automation via the UI or the automation.turn_off/turn_on services never touches the YAML enabled: key; that state lives purely on the live automation.* entity, whose entity_id is derived from alias (slugified), not from the config id - so it can't be guessed, only looked up by scanning automation.* entities for a matching id attribute. get_automation now reports currently_enabled (and a note when no matching entity exists yet, e.g. not reloaded since being added); audit_automations now reports a currently_disabled list and tags every references_unavailable_entities finding with currently_enabled, since that finding is real but lower-urgency on an automation that's off anyway. New audit_manager.find_automation_state() helper backs both. Found via a real case of an agent treating a disabled automation as if it were live.
