Icon coloring, preview scrolling, performance improvements and more.

Added

• Preview scrolling: Preview pane is now scrollable with the scroll_up and scroll_down keybinds. Works for both internal and bat preview methods.

• Entry and Icon coloring: Added coloring entries, extensions and icons.

  • It is now possible to set entry colors by the exact filename or by extension.

• [BREAKING] Editor config: With the new editor configuration, the older [editor] cmd = "foo" no longer works.

• Border styling: unified border style now applies the separator to the outer border as well, making it look like a proper "boxed" or "unified" look.

• Find widget: Set find_width to 60 and find_visible_results to 8.

Fixed

• CLI: Fixed an issue where the CLI arg --init-full generated a broken runa.toml. Issue #55
• Theme: Fixed an issue where the accent style ignored the separator. Now, the separator applies the set accent theme and also considers the separator override. Issue #56
• Status line: Fixed an issue where the status_line.fg/bg did not set the marker/clipboard colors correctly.
• Selection color: Fixed an issue where the selection color would override the marker background color when one was set.

Internal

• Performance improvements:
  • Added core/cache module to cache shared FileEntry and sort_column data for the main pane to apply instead of re-computing all entries on each directory change, resulting in big performance improvements on navigation and directory changes.
  • Added app/timings module to centralize the "throttling" of worker requests, resulting in less flooding of worker activity and therefore massive efficiency improvements and smoother navigation.
  • FileEntry now stores the name_str and ext(ension) of an entry name to reduce re-computing of each data for each entry row.
  • nerd_font_icons phf-map look-ups are more efficient with the lookup happening once and without relying on lowering the entry name and extension.
  • AppContainer now owns TabManager exclusively via heap allocation.
  • sort_column now is a new type StrBuffer instead of a Arc<[Arc<str>]> to only do one atomic ref-count increment.
  • Removed static META_SORT_EPOCH and META_SORT_CACHE caches and instead cache the metadata of a sorted directory in a local cache resulting in memory efficiency and stability.
