• Scan: Detect direct-child orphan appdata folders from filesystem discovery, explain the exact symlink segment behind locked candidates, and normalize host path matching so trailing slashes cannot create false orphan rows
• UX: Group one scan into separate saved-template, appdata-discovery, and ignored sections while keeping filtering, sorting, and selection global across the page
• Feature: Add Select all controls to the main action bar and quarantine manager, plus bulk quarantine restore and purge with entry checkboxes
• Fix: Allow safety toggles to save without an active scan and resolve quarantine modal regressions around reopen behavior, page scroll locking, width, alignment, and centered positioning
