TapoController 0.2.0 — 100% local control (no cloud) of a Tapo L530 bulb.

Desktop app (Tauri 2 + React) with an own reverse-engineered Tapo protocol (KLAP).
Smooth animated mode (bulb's native effect) and screen-capture Ambilight
(PotPlayer/VLC/any player): monitor selector, fade/instant, fps, brightness cap.
Local API (REST + WebSocket) for plugins. Windows tray. 3-tab UI + ES/EN i18n.

Windows x64 installers, Authenticode-signed (self-signed: SmartScreen will warn
the first time → More info → Run anyway).

One-time requirement: enable “Third-Party Services” once in the Tapo app.
