v0.18.1 — Update tab consistency

Fixes

🖥️ Update tab buttons are now mode-aware:
- npm install → \Restart & Install\ activates when a new version is detected
- installer → activates when the update is downloaded
- development mode → only \Check Now\ with a clear note (no more permanently disabled button)
🐛 Self-update flow hardened (/update now, UI button, \�east-agent update)
