Replaced separate drag handle and block-type picker with a single Notion-style block handle: click opens a Turn into menu, drag reorders blocks.
Added shared BLOCK_TYPE_OPTIONS for slash menu, handle menu, and floating toolbar.
Introduced global editor-blocks.css styles so Heading 1–3, text, and list blocks are visually distinct via data-block-type on each row.
Improved editor gutter layout so handle controls and list markers are not clipped.
