• Added recovery using recorded file snapshots and the session’s saved Git commit when patches match exactly.
• Fixed stale snapshots and review decisions carrying over when switching conversations.
• All files in older turns now appear under Accepted; only the latest turn remains interactive.
• Replaced blank diffs and raw patch views with before/after excerpts in the normal diff viewer when full snapshots are unavailable.
