Pixcode 1.51.1

Pixcode 1.51.1 keeps the desktop runtime dependency aligned with the published Hermes integration package.

Fixes

• desktop: bump the Electron shell package and its embedded @pixelbyte-software/pixcode runtime dependency to 1.51.1 so newly built desktop installers do not pin the older runtime.
