PhaseProbe 0.3.0 adds the standalone, offline phaseprobe verify-evidence step to the public scan → generate → verify → pytest workflow.
The verifier re-derives the generated claim and replay decision, re-executes the declared replay policy, verifies the fixture and fixed pytest-template hashes, rejects unsafe paths and duplicate keys, and bounds untrusted evidence to 1 MiB, 32 JSON levels, 10,000 nodes, and 32 MiB per generated artifact.
This evidence is unsigned and recomputable: it detects unrecomputed or structurally inconsistent tampering, but it is not an authentication signature and does not prove an exact bifurcation point or global minimality.
