  • Add qstatus ci for read-only GitHub CI snapshots.
  • Report local HEAD, worktree state, PR facts, expected SHA, current/stale/absent status, check buckets, run URLs, failed jobs, and optional capped failed-log tails.
  • Document the qstatus_ci_snapshot_v1 JSON schema.

Validation

  • Local checks passed: Ruff format, Ruff lint, mypy, pytest, and package build.
