Rename qstatus to quick-status with a clean public package surface.

Changes:

• Publish under the PyPI distribution name quick-status.
• Rename the import package to quick_status.
• Replace the CLI command with quick-status.
• Update docs, tests, CI package smoke checks, and repository URLs.
