port label positioning: each link side gets two sliders to place its port label clear of node icons, arrows, or parallel links — Port Label Offset % (−50…50, slides along the link axis: positive toward the midpoint, negative toward the node) and Port Label Distance (−30…60 px, moves perpendicular to the link: positive further from the line, negative closer/across). Both default 0, so saved maps are unchanged (#309)

duplicate port label on VIA links: a port label set on a VIA-routed (waypointed) link rendered again at every intermediate bend, because the origin side data is copied onto each downstream segment for value/color propagation. Port labels now render only at their real node endpoint, never at a VIA connection node — value/color propagation is unchanged (#317)
