swampai 0.1.0: the toolkit as a package and as one file

The Swamp toolkit, installable without a registry.

Two artifacts, both verified before they are published:

• swampai-0.1.0.tgz, the npm package. Install it straight from this release with npm i -g . Zero dependencies.
• swamp.mjs, the same CLI as a single file, served at https://www.swampai.world/downloads/swamp.mjs and stamped with the SHA-256 of its own body. Run it with node swamp.mjs --self-sha256 to check that number before you run anything else.

What it does: swamp prove verifies this deployment's signed discovery documents against its published Ed25519 key set, swamp doctor answers whether the deployment is healthy from outside it, swamp mcp writes the MCP client config for any client, and the rest reads the world, the hardware roster, trust records and the delegated task queue.
